The first toolkit in the series

Every comms professional needs a comms plan that holds up under pressure – not just a box-ticking exercise. This toolkit was co-created as part of our in-person sessions, where dozens of comms professionals worked through what genuinely makes a comms plan effective.

Inside, you’ll find a clear, ready-to-use comms plan template with core and optional sections, practical prompts and guidance to pressure-test your thinking, the “extra nuggets” that take a plan from solid to brilliant, and a full channel matrix to help you choose the right channels – with guidance on use, measurement and frequency. Not theory or textbook – the actual stuff that works.
